Armed Forces Community Champion Programme

Recognising, demonstrating and celebrating the Armed Forces Community in UK Society.

The Armed Forces Community Champion Programme equips organisations and individuals with the knowledge, confidence and tools to actively support the Armed Forces community and turn good intent into measurable impact.

Course Content

Participants leave with a clear, practical understanding of how to champion the Armed Forces community within their organisation and beyond, including:

  • A grounded understanding of the Armed Forces community and its diversity

  • The role, responsibilities and expectations of an Armed Forces Champion

  • Government, industry and societal context affecting the community

  • How to create a compelling Armed Forces value proposition for your organisation

  • Support structures, signposting and referral pathways

  • Effective communication and engagement hooks

  • Linking Armed Forces support to ESG, social value and reporting

  • Measuring impact and influencing upwards

  • Action planning and sustaining momentum

This is an in‑person programme delivered at Mission Motorsport’s headquarters at Thruxton Circuit., Andover.

  • Invitation to the annual Champions workshop (hosted at NTE)

  • A 6‑month review session

  • Ongoing access to a closed alumni community on LinkedIn
